The email says the following “Dear Customer, as part of the new security measures, all HSBC customer are required to complete ‘Digital Certificate Form’. Please complete the form as soon as possible” the message also includes a link.

Under no circumstances should you click on this link. Delete it from your email systems and do not respond.
